# BroutonLab > Engineering partner for vertical AI operator founders. We design, build, and ship production AI for founders who already know their industry cold — staffing, agro, healthcare, fintech, voice, content moderation. BroutonLab is a senior engineering team of ~10 — ML researchers, applied AI engineers, and product builders. We work with operator-founders building AI-native products inside a specific industry vertical. Most of our people spent years inside operating companies before moving into engineering practice, which is why we make different choices than an outsourced shop. Engagements typically start at $15K/month. We are NOT a generic offshore dev shop, a no-code agency, or an AI tool reseller.
