Privacy policy.

Last updated: 2026-05-14

This page describes what information BroutonLab collects when you interact with this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short on purpose — there isn't much to disclose.

Who we are

BroutonLab is the data controller. If you have a privacy question or a request related to your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill in the form at /contact we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to follow up about an engagement.
  • Anti-spam verification. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions. Turnstile performs a lightweight check in your browser and does not use third-party tracking cookies.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages visitors read. We do not build profiles or use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use the information

  • To respond to inquiries you send through the contact form.
  • To manage active engagements with clients (contracts, project communication, invoicing).
  • To improve the website (which pages help, which confuse).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run ad-retargeting.

Who processes the data on our behalf

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and Turnstile anti-spam. Subject to Cloudflare's data processing agreement.
  • Email provider — used to deliver contact-form submissions to our team.
  • CRM (AmoCRM) — used to track inquiries through our discovery and proposal process.

Cookies

This site uses only the minimum cookies needed to deliver the page and protect against spam. No marketing or third-party advertising cookies are set.

Your rights

You can email [email protected] to:

  • Request a copy of any data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data (where we are not legally required to retain it).
  • Withdraw a previous consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. For substantive changes affecting active engagements we will also notify clients directly.
